The location was great, it’s inside Tulum national park. I understand that the beach is pretty much unsuable because of the seaweeds (I go to tulum every year since 2023 and the last time the beach was swimable was 2023). I know we can’t do anything about how nature decides to dump all the seaweeds in tulum but I’d appreciate if they make there pool clean and swimable.
We ended up transferring to another resort but I got to give all the staff credit they were all nice and helpful.
The food was really top notch and amazing.
