Friendly staff, I loved the buffet for breakfast. I will admit that the smoking lounge surprise me. I found that all over Japan. It is an enclosed room with a fan system. The same thing happened at Shibuya Station. An enclosed area strictly for smoking. At least at this area, it was open to the outside from above. I was fascinated by Shibuya station and the changing of the lights. We chose the hotel because we had a 24 hour layover and it was close to the airport. If you want to be in Tokyo proper you should consider another hotel. we were approximately 45 minutes to an hour outside of Tokyo proper. First time visit.

Good location close to metro and big shopping complex. Hotel provides additional toiletry items, like face wash, lotion, sun screen etc in sample size pack near the reception, which is very considerable. Room is decent size for Japanese hotel. Would stay here again next time in Kawasaki.
