We stayed here one night and had a great experience in the deluxe room with a huge barroom. Great view of the Sea of Japan. We had traveled all day and had a relaxing cocktail and dinner in the Bar very good.
I was stay there single bedroom, its small size and bathing tub is small others are very pleasant hotel. Reception desk service staffs are very much friendly attractive The breakfast menus are very much good and arrangements are very neat
It is a smaller hotel but the staff are really professional and kind and the rooms are small but relaxing. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area and it's a great place to make it your home base. Train station is a short 3 min. walk
Location is perfect, just next to Kawasaki station, with lots of restaurants nearby opened till late. The room is clean and has free wifi. Room size is small as normal Japanese standard, price is around same as nearby chain hotels. Staffs are not helpful, I asked about the location of car parks, they just said the hotel can park is closed after midnight and asked me to park around the station without specifying the location of parking.
localizacao, atendimento e servicos. Tudo perfeito Location, services and ALL perfect Feel as you are in Japan, but at same time feel as you are in your house...or your country. Fluent english speakers, excelent food, price fair
Our flight to Sapporo was delayed due to weather and we were accommodated at this hotel by Japan Airlines. What started as a frustrating delay turned into a lovely stay at this hotel thanks to the attentive staff, fantastic room, great location and delicious food. We arrived after a 10 hour flight from Sydney with tired and hungry children. The restaurant was about to close but the manager kept it open to serve the two bus loads of delayed travellers. The hotel staff at check-in were absolutely fantastic - so efficient but most of all friendly and welcoming. Our room was immaculate, beds comfortable and bathroom facilities spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering good variety of Japanese and Western options. Having stayed here by chance, we would now seriously consider using this hotel next year when we return to Japan.
Decided to stay a night at this hotel. It is close to both Tokyo Station and Haneda, less than 30 min by train. Was fortunate to check in early. Numerous eating options in the underground shopping as well as neighbouring shopping arcades.
My third time at this property. Service is still great. Location can't be beat. Housekeeping staff very attentive to your needs. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops but we returned to our favorite Genki Sushi outlet nearby. The heat of the Japanese summer did not prevent us from traveling around the city since the JR station is just across the street.
We spent a night here before flying back to the uk. It was a great location with plenty of restaurants around. The rooms were excellently furnished and very clean although a bit on the small side. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous as we have found all Japanese people.
Despite the rooms being rather small, the stay was comfortable and the bathroom in particular is very good with heated commode seats and high pressure showers. The location is prime being near to the railway station and shopping areas.
