The shuttle was easy to find thanks to the directions from the hotel website. The room was spacious and ideal for a family of 2. Everything from the shampoo, the blanket and the view was high quality. The staff were excellent help anytime we had a question about the area or just things in general. The public bath was so comforting, my body healed from all the walking i did througout the day and i slept like a baby! We are going to come back to finish our trip here because we liked it so much. There is also a walk path that my husband and I enjoyed many times. Kawasaki is a fantastic place!

Very good location across river from airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful and arrived on schedule, however schedule was difficult to understand. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Probably stay more nights next trip through Tokyo.
