5 stars and that’s only for the staff! The night crew member was running both the front desk and the back kitchen single-handedly, and she handled it like a pro. Efficient, calm, and doing everything right without a single complaint. Truly impressive. The hotel itself, though, felt a bit dated. The beds could use an upgrade, and the body wash/toiletry options were pretty limited. There was also an odor in the bedroom that our family wasn’t happy about. Big appreciation for the staff — but the property definitely needs some updates to match their level of service.

Breakfast was horrible and they couldn't get more waffle batter at 8am. Coffee maker in room did not work, appeared to be missing parts. When front desk was notified, they said there was coffee downstairs. No towels in pool area, indoor pool was freezing cold maybe 60° or less. The hotel was clean, the staff was outstanding.

The room was very clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and they have soups or chili to eat during the day and into the evening. Very comfortable and welcoming.
