Good hotel. Located near lots of restaurants. A little bit crowded. Good breakfast. Great food variety. Satisfactory level of service. TV with world channels. Basic amenities. Clean and quiet. Good room space.
This is hotel is within a very good budget and faculties are like 5 star. The location is the best thing as you have more than 50 restro around, clubs, spa parlours around. Don’t miss it if you’re in Wuxi...
This hotel might have been a luxury hotel in the past but now it feels a bit run down and boring. The room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel very clean. The staff was not very service minded, especially it took long time to check out with a long queue in front of me. The breakfast room was very crowded and it was difficult to find the food items commonly found on international hotels. The bar was a poor excuse of a bar with warm beer and cocktails without liquor. The location is however good, centrally located in Wuxi.
Easy location, close to restaurants. Long walks in "traditional streets" possible from here. Lot of taxi around. Very long check in. It took me 30 minutes. Lack of front desk people. Breakfast ok. Room and wifi ok. Clean.
I stayed here one night for business. The rooms are surprisingly large up on the 20th floor. Good size bathtub and nice shower. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've had in China. Internet was fast and semi-unfiltered. The breakfast buffet was large, good selection. They had mustard next to the cold cuts, which is unusual and welcome. Very close to the old town tourist area. Great if you want good restaurants and bars.
the nikko wuxi hotel it is very good and clean . Roons are very spacious and very clean. Breakfast is very good , with a lot of choices . The only problem is that most of the staff does not speak english Also very near of the hotel , you can find a lot places to eat
Hotel and rooms are quite outdated. Need for refurbishment is obvious. Check in can be time consuming. Positive: location Negative: aged interior, price, concierge communicated only thru mobile translator
I have stayed 3 days with great satisfaction. Just downtown and opposite to old historical city , just backside many foreign restaurants. I stayed at 17th floor Executive and snacks and drinks are good and free ... definitely recommended
I had the pleasure of spending 2 days at hotel Nikko in Wuxi this past week. The hotel, long touted as one of Wuxi's best lived up to that reputation in every respect. Check-in was quick, the room was immaculate and comfortable and the meals delightful. I had the evening buffet for dinner and the breakfast buffet in the morning, and both were well-designed and offered tasty food for everyone. The conference space we utilized was professionally staffed and had everything we needed for our business meeting! All in all, a great weekend! Thank you Hotel Nikko!
Stunning views from the hotel. Staff Speak very little English but always eager to try and understand and help. Rooms are superb and spacious. Wifi connection always available anywhere in the hotel. Choice of restaurants cater for everyone and anyone. Superb breakfast with vast choices of local and European dishes.
