Everyone super friendly, guests quiet and beach excellent. on main road and close to everything you need. hotel food adequate, however each day it seemed food did sell out or was not available so a second choice on the menu is a good idea! Awesome restaurant across the road ( MOJO's) that we will also recommend and frequent ourselves in the future!
It's ok, I like the location. The hotel is outdated. Can use renovation. Customer service can be better. The beach was right there. The bus stop is outside the hotel. Internet was good. The bathroom was super outdated. Too pricey for the quality of the hotel. For the price your paying ur getting low quality service and room. This hotel is overall 3 star.
This is rated 3 Stars but I would give it 5. The I bedrm unit was very spacious with more than enough closet and storage space. The staff was most accommodating to our every need. The beach and its amenities were great and quite private. A great location with easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We had no need for a car - took cab from and to airport.
The property was clean, everything you need is nearby walking distance. Food and drinks in grocery stores. We had kitchenette which was great for cooking . Included all things needed for eating and cooking in room. Air conditioning was quiet and great. Only thing that was getting used to was the noise from bathroom of traffic and horns of taxis all day. We took ear plugs which worked and the sound of ocean waves helped. The gift shop ladies were great except for one young girl was no hi no smile and only used the word no when I was looking for something.not very helpful at all. In the end we had a great week and would definitely go back. The maids and front desk ladies were fantastic and very helpful.
