"We booked 2 rooms. The first room Air conditioning unit didn't work and the room was on heat at 86 degrees. They didn't have another room available and we had to wait until morning for a new one just like that one. My second check in first room had trash in the kitchen. Second room air unit didn't work. Stephanie front desk was very rude. They didn't seem to care. Im a Hyatt member and this,was horrible."
