"The only real complaint I had was I had never stayed there, felt a little lost. The hotel is like a labyrinth I had five bags with me and no trolleys to take my stuff to my room. A nice man helped me and also helped with explaining directions and the elevator on how to go to where I needed to go to visit a friend, also staying in the hotel. For him I was grateful. I guess front desk needs to maybe ask people if this your first time here? Maybe explain where you’re going. Over all I will come back. Room service was amazing and people were very friendly. Just thought it was odd to have nothing to put a lot of luggage on. Also, no explanation on things besides the paper they give you. Which was helpful."
