Great value! Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Water parks are big and fun. You get a big room with full kitchen and living room, access to all water parks and activities. You are basically renting someone’s timeshare condo. This is fine but they attempt a fairly aggressive sales pitch attempting to get you to come their 2 hour timeshare meeting. They offer you a free vacation with it but I’m always skeptical of that kind of stuff. I was polite but firm in saying no and they ultimately asked me to think about and get back to them and it was done. All in all it was great place to stay.

What I didn't like was we arrived at 4:00 our room wasn't ready sat in the car with grandkids for an hour went back in still no room ready asked to see manage then within a couple minutes it was ready Wasn't a good start to the weekend

Overall our stay is good. There are several choices of water park. Shuttle bus are on-the-dot.

This is a fabulous luxury condo with all the amenities. Beautiful bedrooms each with separate baths. En Suite has jacuzzi tub and a shower separate from the tub area. Nice balcony and the waterpark and other activities on the grounds are AMAZING. You won't be disappointed.

The Wilderness resort has 4 outdoor and 4 indoor waterparks. Most are in great condition and there are well maintained for the most part. I also appreciated that there were plenty of life guards and people to assist you when needed. What I thought I was renting was a two story condo with 3 bedrooms, a screened in porch and sitting room outside the master bedroom. We did get a 3 bedroom condo but it was only one floor, no screened in porch, no sitting room and was located inside Glacier Canyon Lodge right next to an arcade. It was noisy with Foosball games until 10 pm when it closed. The beds were very hard and all of the adults woke up with back aches. Also, even though I called and specifically asked if this was a time share and was told it was not, it turns out they lied. It was a time share and therefore there were no housekeeping amenities and they wanted me to attend a meeting about time shares (I unplugged the phone so as not to be bothered after the first call). We had a blast at the waterparks but the room fell far short of my expectations.

Wonderful room. Very comfortable and romantic. Able to walk around facility through hallways and sky bridges so can access restaurants and waterparks without going into the cold weather. Highly recommend.

Love staying in the Glacier canuon condos. Lots of room the full kitchen is a plus so you can cook some meals instead of eating out 3 times a day. we had 2 adults 5 kids in a 2dr deluxe and still had plenty of room.

This place was great. We only scratched the surface on things to do just at the resort. There are plenty of things in the surrounding area too. On site we visited the Wild West water park and the Klondike Kavern water park. They are both indoors and have fun things for kids of all ages. There is areas for babies and toddlers and plenty of fun things for older kids, teens and adults. This was probably the best place we have been as a family. We are already planning for a return trip.

I really liked it just that they told me that the parks were open and when we went to one of them it was closed and they didn't tell me anything about it. But the wave water park is very fun for my girl, if I would recommend it.
