Disappointing Stay-Poor Service

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unpleasant Room Conditions Check-in was a terrible experience — the receptionist was rude and completely unwelcoming. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being greeted at a hotel. The customer service overall needs serious improvement. The room had a strong musty odor, which made it hard to relax. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken — clearly, maintenance and cleanliness aren’t a priority here. To make matters worse, at 10am (an hour before checkout), staff knocked on our door saying the owner had asked them to check if we had left. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially since checkout time is clearly stated as 11am. Honestly, I should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign. I regret not reading more reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The bed skirt was nasty all the way around the bed! Like some got sick all over it. Really run down and not clean at all. Couldn’t wait to get out! Felt dirty and didn’t even want to stay!

The overall stay was Ok. The staff treated us like we didnt just pay 100$ a night. The beds weren't really queen size they were full size so that was a little disappointing. But they keep the pool cleaned as well as the hot tub was nice enjoying that.

Great option for a reasonable rate in the Dells. The room was updated and fairly large… however, we were out of shower gel in the shower pump upon arrival and the pullout sofa mattress was sagging quite a bit but luckily my daughter was still able to use it. (Should be probably replaced). The regular beds were very comfortable. Overall our stay was very nice because the place was clean and the owners were very friendly. We enjoyed the little pool and hot tub, and breakfast area was kept well stocked. I would stay here again.

Expedia is worthless!! We didn't get to stay in our room because they booked the wrong weekend after confirmation on the correct weekend. However we were able to get a whirlpool suite across the street for $50 less.

Good enough for what you pay for.

Although the hotel wasn’t in the best condition, it was comfortable enough for the value. I love the fact that they have hot tubs in the room and also the front desk agent was very friendly. Definitely a good place to stay in the Dells when you are on a budget or you want an affordable Jacuzzi tub room.
