Extremely fast and friendly owners/staff! The breakfast and pool area, very clean, as this was during the time of COVID-19 outbreak, I really appreciated that. There was a lot of remodeling in lobby and rooms, that was nice to see needed upgrades happening to an outdated hotel. The room made me uneasy. I didn't find it to be as clean in bathroom or bedding. A bit gross, actually. Hair, stains, some left garbage in can.
On second and third night the room was not made up properly. Bed was not made well and coffee was not stocked.
Very welcoming staff and attentive in the morning making sure the breakfast items were full/fresh.
The hot tub was dirty so that was disappointing. The room was nice and breakfast good
TV was not working, food was good. Beds were comfortable

The staff was rude and gave me and my family a room with a defective lock and then was told. Y the staff to just leave our doir open excuse me

The location was good but the hotel is severely understaffed. When we arrived there were towels all in the hallway. I needed to print a voucher and the business printer wasn't working so I had to stand at the front desk while the manager impatiently helped me print it off of his computer. When calling for extra toilet paper (there were 5 people in our room) the desk asked us to come down because there wasn't anyone available to deliver it. When asked for an extra blanket the same thing happened. The pool was nice, but the breakfast was pure sugar. I had inquired on the phone about the breakfast and was told there would be fresh fruit. The breakfast consists of carbs and no protein except yogurt. We waited 20 minutes for coffee because they were all out and there wasn't anyone to clean up the dining area because of the staffing issue. The poor people that were there, consisted of a staff of 3 running around. I felt terrible for them. The rooms weren't cleaned throughly and the manager at the front desk was cleaning our room. It was bizarre. I was talking to a woman at the pool and she told me there were only 4 people running the hotel because they can't find people to work there because the salary is so low. I was very disappointed and will not return there again.
