The room was absolutely disgusting, smelled really bad and pee spots on comforter, the one bed smelled of pee and suspicious stuff on the walls, phone, and chair. Breakfast was terrible. Would never stay there again.

We could not find the remote for the tv. Husband called desk he brought us another one. We pulled back the blankets to go to bed and there was the remote!! So were the sheets even changed?!!!! Or just remade !!! Yuck ! Bathtub wasn’t to clean either. An empty roll of toilet paper left on the roll ( it had like 2 or 3 squares!)

room was relatively clean. bedding okay. bathtub had broken small rail. All Rooms lack safety bars in the showers. Essential for safety. Bathroom corners could be cleaner not just quick mopping. Also broken towel bar over sink. Hope next visit items fixed.

10 minutes from the Dells & an extra quiet town of 10,000 or so The staff were exceptional as being helpful to 70+ seniors. Breakfast was more than a lot put out with one refilling during the rush. Within an hour from House on the rock making it a perfect place to stay. They accept dogs for a small fee also a big thing for us. 👍👍definitely

I cleaned the hot tub in the room before I used it. When I used it the next morning for the first time there was a slimy film floating in the water.

We loved the hot tub. The condition of the room was iffy, but suited our needs. The art was... dissettling and it was off center. There was water damage on the ceiling above the window. But, outside of that, we had a wonderful stay
