The staff were working hard and the breakfast was delicious, but part of our reservation was cancelled without notifying us and then our hot tub wasn’t working the entire stay.

Toilet clogged. Maintenance told us it was just a “water efficient” toilet. Requested help again as it was clearly clogged. They sent a cook who was still cooking in the kitchen to attempt to unclog the toilet….gross…..Still clogged when she left. I had to personally spend 10 minutes plunging the toilet and finally fixed it. Nothing better than being told “we won’t help you” in the first 30 mins of your stay. 👎👎

Check-in at another facility but easy and nearby. Friendly staff but difficulty finding our room as the numbers were hard to find or missing from the doorway. Ours was on a staircase rail that was dark wood and blended in with the black number. Made it difficult and frustrating as no map was provided at checkin. Room was clean and small with small old TV. Still enjoyed our stay and breakfast was great!

We had a lovely stay. The cabin was small, and cozy. The fireplace warmed up the room. Our hot tub was not very warm the first night but the manager worked on it and it was hotter the rest of the time, which we really appreciated. Breakfasts were nice.
