We were unimpressed with the coffee pot in the room. There was only enough coffee provided for one cup. With the office rarely open, there’s no where to obtain more. As 2 seniors in our eighties it was difficult to manage our luggage up and down the stairs as we were place in the lower floor. Rooms are very small for $221.00 a night….

This was a perfect place to rest and relax after long days of hiking and traveling. Loved the deck with the river view, and really appreciated the hot tub reservations so that it wasn't crowded, beds were comfortable. Winthrop is a charming town and everyone there including hotel staff, was very kind and helpful.
