The inn itself wasn’t bad. It’s an inn so don’t expect a lot. It’s definitely dated. Our slider didn’t lock, the trim around the door was falling off and the bathroom faucet was loose. Room was clean, pillows were awful unless you like flat as a pancake pillows. What set me off was NO BLOW DRYERS IN THE ROOMS!!!! and when I went to front desk to ask for one he said we only have a couple and they are already taken. He had no solution and wanted me to wait till 8:30 the next morning when management would be in. I have never encountered a hotel, motel or in. That doesn’t supply a hair dryer. I wish when we inquired about dinner spots we were told that 5 minutes up the road was the center that looked like an old west town with restaurants, saloons and shops. Would have loved to have checked that out.

A great simple place to stay. Nothing fancy, but everything worked and it was clean and updated enough to feel nice. Would stay again. One note: the electronic keypad for the rooms is confusing at best, but once instructed on how to use it, it worked well.

Dust, crumbs and a dusty peanut shell in corners and under the bed - in other words, poor attention to cleaning details. Very dirty windows covered with dusty spider webs. Dozens of tiny black bugs on bed pillow, in sink, and in shower. Shower drain dirty and bottom of shower curtain dirty - I didn't take a shower because of it. Dark stain on carpet. Rotted sections of siding breaking off. No graspable handrails on stairs. Even an older building like this needs to be clean.

plenty of parking, outside area was wonderful. the room was not clean, the toilet had diarrhea liquid on the outside of the bowl, the shower leaked constantly, found trash under the bed and cobwebs all over. no breakfast is even offered but they charge peak season prices for a dirty room.

When I arrived there, the lights didn't work. I called someone using the emergency phone number and somebody came and fixed it. It took 30 minutes. After he left, I found out the sink had a problem. It didn't drain. I called again. The same person came bringing clog remover. It took another 30 minutes and even the sink didn't fixed well. My family and I were quite tired and wanted to take a rest but we wasted more than one hour to wait someone fixing it!! I asked for getting another room but they said no room was available.

The room was not as advertised at all. It was not clean. It had not been vacuumed, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and it smelled of cigarettes. The front desk was not helpful, there was inadequate parking and not well lit.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and beds were comfy. The room did have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. This is an older motel, but there are a few small things that they could do that would improve it. I would stay again

Check in was simple but No overhead light so i had to hold door open to find a lamp. Balcony curtains fell off the track. I had to stand on chair to fix it. Fridge is so filled with frost i couldn't fit my icepacks in. Fridge is not cold at all. Carpet is so old and grungy make sure you wear slippers at all times. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Pillows ok

For the price, the property wasn't bad. They are in the process of remodeling rooms so hopefully that would be all of them. Carpet was terrible, towel rack was missing. Fridge wasn't cleaned out. Just a few minor inconveniences. Also, no sound insulation between the walls or floor. You could easily hear people throughout the night. The check-in gal was super nice and friendly and check in was quick and easy.

They gave us a king size bed rather than the two beds we requested. The internet was slow at times. The staff was difficult to contact when our door lock code didn't work after hours and we couldn't get into our room the first night. The room was a newer one but not clean: floor cobwebs, dried splatters of something on the bathroom mirror, old dark stains on the bedspread, crumbs on the bedspread, crumbs/dirt on the floor, hair and heavy dust on to of the baseboard heater, hair in the mini fridge and LOTS of old hair along the edges of the bathroom floor. It was after office hours by the time we discovered this so we dealt with it ourselves. I addressed the issues with the front desk as we were leaving and was told they were having staff issues and would address it with them. We have stayed here once a year for the last three years when we come to hike in October and have not had these problems before but it makes me think twice about staying here now.
