This is a very nice hotel located off the beaten path. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was extremely nice. The only issue was that the room had a strange smell when we arrived, but we aired it out by opening the windows and everything was fine after that. The restaurant was great for dinner and especially breakfast!

Hotel Winters was an absolutely wonderful experience! Capri, at the front desk is so sweet, pleasant, friendly, and efficient! She has a beautiful smile and was full of wonderful information and tips! Carbones, the attached restaurant was absolutely phenomenal! Ireland, our waitress was so sweet, quick and efficient. Super friendly! Full of great recommendations! Food was phenomenal we will be back.

Loved our room. Beautiful hotel. An overall good stay. However, points taken for a staff member being a bit rude to my Mother when she made a simple request, (on our Mother’s Day getaway), and absolutely would not recommend the restaurant at all. The service was so poor we left after the appetizer arrived and ate elsewhere.

My husband and I just stayed a week at the winters and the staff were wonderful. Carboni’s restaurant was amazing, but the hours were a bit quirky. Our a/c in our room about froze us to death at night and then would automatically switch to heat - it is July. Other than that this place is top notch.
