The outdoor patio/bbq area was dirty the entire 3 day stay. The firepit did not work. We asked for maid service 1 day (out of 3) and our room was not cleaned. The breakfast buffet had very little fruit and only turkey sausage. What we liked-the room was clean and in good repair. The building was quiet inside (outside was loud by the freeway). The kitchen had all the basic equipment and the laundry facilities were good.

Very clean and convenient to local areas, but some of the staff were super unfriendly. They acted like they didn’t want to be there.( zero smiles). They made me uncomfortable when I talked to them. Their cleaning staff were the best .

Very basic hotel, which serves its purpose if you are in town for 24 hours. Very basic service, housekeeping only upon request, you have to do everything yourself. Breakfast is in paper plates and cups. Drinks were still on the tables outside from the night before: it was 11:00 am the next day. Staff are generally friendly though. It’s also by the highway so you hear the cars, the train and everything else.

Clean and spacious room, easy parking options comfortable beds. Centrally located to everything around Davis and was a 6 minute drive to campus. They have bike rentals that you can rent to go around town. Highly recommended this place if youre moving in your kid to UC Davis and have the whole family with you!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and all the amenities were easy to access. The complimentary breakfast was nice, clean and sufficient. The only issue was the bathroom door and the stove needed to be repaired. The hotel staff took care of it right away.
