Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. This condo was perfect for our family, two adults and two children. The unit is located in the slopside building, whis is smaller than the riverside building, and therefore less busy, making everything easier, especially using the elevators/carts to haul luggage up from the parking level. The unit is also on the same floor as the ski locker and hot tub, which we found to be very convenient.Skiing out was easy with a short run to the Gondola, skiing in is a bit more challenging as you need to ski the Mary Jane side (mostly blue and black runs) to the Corridor run, which is a green run, but is flat in areas, and with the afternoon spring weather, keeping speed was tough. The less experienced skiers of our group were not comfortable with Many Jane and used the gondola to get back down to minimize walking in their gear.The hot tubs provided a relaxing end to a long day of skiing, and the beds in the condo were very comfortable. The entire village is very quiet after about 5:00 pm so we had no problem getting to sleep at night.We cooked most our meals, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and included a few storage containers and plastic bags for left overs.This is our second year staying at Zephyr, the first time we stayed in the Riverside building, we definitely prefer this unit in the Slopside building. For our next Winter Park trip, we will be looking to book this condo again.

Great Ski-In Ski-out location
The property was clean and in an excellent location to quickly access the Gondola Lift. Definitely ski in/ski out with ski run access via the end of Corridor Green Trail. Ski lockers were in a great location for skiing access and rooms. Room was comfortable and all appliances worked. Check in check out was very easy via lock box. Hot tubs were operational and clean. There are a few restaurants close by within walking distance along with shops. Overall a decent property with a good location for skiing and nearby facilities. Minor negatives were that the room is a bit dated decoration and furniture wise, and I really didn't care for all the dim and yellow lighting. Our room thermostat would not permit us to turn the heat off and the room got so warm at the lowest temp setting we had to open the windows in February to cool off at night. Each room did have a box fan we used as well. The other negative is the parking. While convenient and located beneath the facility, it is a pain for entry and exit. The instructions for arrival were incorrect saying we could enter with just the parking pass and then go pick up our room key. But, you must have both your room key and your parking pass to enter and exit the parking garage all the time. So make sure you have both before attempting entry into the garage. Community washer and dryer are available on the floor for pay. We really liked both the pizza place (Pizza Pedlr) and Goodies Mountain Creperie, had a great breakfast.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation
Condo was very clean and well equipped in kitchen (to include coffee/ salt & pepper and beyond) and bathroom amenities and location was fabulous. Host responded very quickly to all questions prior to arrival! We did have a challenge getting into ski locker that didn’t have instructions to use room key not a code but they answered call and advised. The pre paid parking QR code was a challenge that I will reconcile with the company and was separate from host. One suggestion would be to upgrade size & technology of tv in living room to smart tv to access Netflix etc. Great vacation! We will be back!

The place was great. We were not given enough keys for how many we had in our party but owner rectified that with a call. Was disappointed that unit did not have laundry in unit. I did not enjoy walking down hall with rolls of quarters and felt that could have been made more clear in the unit description. Would stay there again though.

Summer Winter Park Getaway!
The location couldn't have been more centrally located.
This particular condo is right by the lift for ski season and the bike rental for summer.
We rented July 2023 and the location is a bit noisy to be honest. We had windows open all day and all night.
We enjoyed several restaurants and sitting areas near by.
Would have loved a larger balcony for more than two people to enjoy.

Great Location!
This was our first time at a slopeside property and it didn’t disappoint. The convenience is hard to beat. The rooms were spacious enough, and the kitchen, though laid out a bit odd, had what we needed to prepare our meals there. Same floor as the ski lockers and the exit to the slopes made it very easy to get on the mountain. Would stay here again!

Loved everything about this condo! Check in was so easy. The unit was very clean and had great towels. The condo is exactly as advertised. We loved that it was on the 2nd floor— same floor as the ski locker, hot tubs, and access to the ski corridor.
Our only suggestion is to add a humidifier for each bedroom as the CO air can be super dry.
Such a great stay and we’d stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The unit was wonderful. Clean, well stocked and just what our family needed. I reached out to the management company the first night bc one of the box fans in the unit was broken. I assumed I wouldn’t hear back bc a lot of times those are just things left by past renters. The next day when we came in from the slopes a fan was sitting at our door. I was shocked! We have stayed in two units this winter both run by different management companies. I have to say this one blew my socks off!! Our last one couldn’t even get our room clean and we couldn’t get anyone to call us back! I couldn’t believe this company would go out of their way to bring us a fan! Great job taking care of your clients.
Zephyr is always our choice when we can find a decent price. If you are trekking to ski school note this unit is in Slopeside and it’s a little farther to lug your kids and gear. We had a great trip and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location, easy check-in, walked right out to gondola
This place was great! It was clean, plenty of towels and you can walk right out to the gondola. Lots of food options within short walking distance and the hot tubs are right down the hall outside. For check-in, you pull up to the front of the property near the parking garage entrance and get the key cards from the lockbox. Park underground near the slope side elevator and you’re there. Would stay there again!
