Stayed overnight, we had a good time. The air conditioning was turned off, other than that, great place.

Check and was in a different building with a different name? That was never communicated to us that we spent way too much time searching and wondering trying to find check in point. Once we finally figured out where it was… about an hour went by. Lighting in the room was dark and TVs were Terrible. just not up to par with the price they charge

Everyone was kind. The staff was very nice and helpful.. will stay there again. Perfect location and the town was very close and decent priced. Great food and walkable to all the stores and fun. The check in was easy and the rooms were great. Loved the location!! We will be staying there again.

We stayed at a two-bedroom at Founders Pointe. The first room we had, there were some issues with the bathroom door. We called the front desk and they put us in another two-bedroom. The rooms were great! The hot tub was amazing. I usually don't get that excited over a hot tub but the hot tub here was amazing! Even though it was only 50 degrees out the water was warm and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay!

I hadn't been to Winter Park in years and was pleasantly surprised to find an amazing base area with shops, restaurants and activities right outside the door of our accommodation. We started out planning a trip to Breckenridge, but could not find a suitable room (wanted a fireplace). We found Fraser Crossing on Orbitz and decided to give Winter Park a try. We were not disappointed. Part of what we like about Breckenridge are the pubs and restaurants. Although there aren't as many of these in Winter Park, the ones that are there are so friendly and inviting and the setting is so much nicer than the frenzy that is Breckenridge. A major plus was that many of these places are just steps from Fraser Crossing so we could indulge to our hearts content and not have to worry about how to get back "home". We have a new favorite getaway. Thanks Fraser Crossing and Winter Park!

I honestly expected more from the Winter Park resort. The bed was way too soft, I mean, both me and my husband had major back pain in the morning. And the TV wasn't very updated. Besides that it was very clean.

Stayed at the founders point rooms for 4 nights which are across the street from the lifts. Not a far walk to the lifts but a decent walk to the kids ski school. The 1 bedroom suite was clean & nice but small. In from Coffee making machine sucked but there were a few coffe shops across the street. No oven to heat up food but we had a microwave. In summary clean, decent, & a great location to the slopes but small.

Great location. Just a short walk from the lift. The view was beautiful.

Kind of ok-okish place during summer. .. nothing much happening at this place during summer. Basically its a room to stay. .. No breakfast/food service available.. During summer, there is no cooling (only way to cool is open the windows!)........... and the wifi sucked.

Overall pleasant stay, short walk to slopes, parking is not included which is irritating. Pool was good sized but still very crowded.

It's a winter resort with summer discount. Quality is very good.

We had a nice time. Everything would have been just awesome except it was hot and there is no AC at all. In August even in Winter Park AC should be available and if not it should specifically state that at booking. However, the location was great and beautiful scenery. In the winter when AC does not matter this place would rock.

Good facilities but almost completely empty out of season. Not a very welcoming concierge.

we really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights, the studio gold is pefect for a couple! great location and wonderful commom area/deck off the 3rd floor with great views of the beautiful green slopes in July!

We stay there for the opening night of this skying season had a great time. You can't beat the location and the outdoor Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and we all had a great time.

My family of three has stayed at this hotel twice now both in season and off season. We find the location super convenient, esp. having a 6 year old who hates walking far. We also love the outdoor hot tub. However, here's our first complaint - on our last stay, they started hoarded towels in the lobby at the hotel ACROSS the street. Of course, you don't realize this until you're IN the hot tub and looking for a towel to dry off with. I have no idea what the point of this is, esp. as they don't TELL you this, have signs up, etc. I thought this was ridiculous. Second, the pillows in our room were completely horrid. It was like sleeping on a bag of 40-year-old cotton balls (lumpy!), with the bag being only half full at most. As a result, none of us slept well, and we will be bringing our own pillows on our next trip. Would we stay there again? Yes, we would, but we would do so with these issues in mind.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.....Super clean, roomy and modern accommodations.....Already making plans to stay again.....Couldn't have been better!!!!!

I was there in the mud season so there may be a difference in peak season. Pros: Great location Staff was friendly enough Cons: It was a cross between a condo and a hotel with neither of the advantages. The room was not cleaned while we were there and about half of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The blankets were pretty warn out and that cheap thick velvet like material you find in motels.

Relaxing, nice place! Beds were a little rough, but other than that a nice play to stay.

The rental was of a condo thru a hotel like agency. Great condo at a good price.
