We think you will enjoy this completely remodeled condo located conveniently in the town of Winter Park on the free shuttle route and minutes from Winter Park Resort. Visitors will enjoy the wonderful touches in this two bedroom two bathroom condo from the rich wood furnishings to the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen features new appliances, counter tops and light wood cabinets. The walls of this vacation rental are painted a soothing color with modern mountain furnishings and decor throughout the unit. A flat screen tv is in each of the bedrooms and the living room.
This condo is located within the Beaver Village Condominiums complex that is conveniently located in the town of Winter Park. In the summer you can walk to the music festivals and events and in the winter take advantage of the free shuttle the runs through the condominium complex on the hour and will take you directly to Winter Park Resort for a day of skiing or snowboarding. Mountain bike, hiking and snowshoe trails can be accessed behind the condominium complex making this lodging location an outdoor paradise!
Location: Building 18, 2nd floor. The building is located in the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, 2 Twins in the second bedroom, sofa sleeper in the living area.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING

Just ok. There are nicer options in Beaver Village

We've stayed at some lovely renovated VRBO condos at Beaver Village with touches by owners who clearly put a lot of effort making their condos feel like home...and for less nightly rate than this condo. This was remodeled on the cheap and managed by an outside company. I'd rate it as adequate.

Great space. Cozy and easy to find. The kitchen has basic cooking needs but nothing extra so bring your own tin foil, spices, oils etc. There is no welcome directions or book so we couldn’t find where the hot tub was. That was a bummer. All that aside we would absolutely rent this condo again.
