I recently stayed at this vacation rental in Winston-Salem and had a very positive experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of the property is its location. It’s just a short drive to Wake Forest University, which made it incredibly convenient for campus visits, events, and exploring the surrounding area. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, while still being close enough to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.The owner was excellent to work with from start to finish. Communication was quick, clear, and efficient—messages were answered promptly, often within minutes, and all instructions for check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy to follow. That level of responsiveness made the entire process stress-free, especially when coordinating arrival times.The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. One practical note for future guests: parking is somewhat limited, so larger groups with multiple vehicles may need to plan accordingly.Overall, this rental is a great option for anyone visiting the Wake Forest area. Its combination of location, cleanliness, and attentive management makes it a solid and dependable choice.
