This will probably be our new place to stay when we go to winnipeg. 99.9% of the stay was amazing! For the price this was a GREAT stay and we will 100% be back. Pros - front desk staff were super friendly and quick - room was super nice, clean, cute little extras like cookie and water - we had dinner at the resturant and it was fantastic, awesome selection of craft beers, food was delish, servers were great - pool area and pool was awesome - loved the level of security that your card onky brought you to your floor plus pool and ground - parking was well lit and plentiful - breakfast was amazing and our room rate included a breakfast voucher so it cost us $5 and was amazing. Literally the only little **i did read others say the hot tub/whirlpool wasnt great Some jets were super strong the others not so much, and wish it was warmer but thats a tiny detail.

The check in was terrible. We booked four rooms but was charged for five rooms by mistake. Refund is yet to be made. The rate included breakfast. Unfortunately, it came with a maximum amount which was i adequate and limited. For the first time i found breakfast not in a buffet setup. It should have been clarified before booking. The rooms were nice and clean

Excellent hotel!! I stayed here on my way to Brandon, Manitoba. The room that I had requested was exactly what I had booked. It was a very large room, and I can honestly say, the hotel is better than most of the Hilton hotels where I frequently stay. I paid a little bit more than I normally do, but it was well worth the extra money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is not favourable for tourists. Additionally they should introduce better cuisine and complementary breakfast options. Moreover, loved the hospitality of the staff as they are friendly and courteous.

Great hotel but beware of room location

I really like this hotel and have stayed here numerous times. Unfortunately, this time my room 219 had a very nasty view. I had the pleasure of looking out over the numerous A/C roof top vents and their dripping entertainment. Otherwise this hotel has everything going for it. If you stay here try not to be on the 2nd floor odd number rooms as I think the majority of rooms on this floor are facing this view. Or at best see if you can get a rate reduction because of it.
