Welcome to The Jewel — the middle unit of our fully renovated triplex. Everything inside has been refreshed with modern finishes, new furnishings, and a clean, uncluttered style designed for comfort. Important Note: This is a triplex, and while the building has been beautifully updated, sound can travel between units. Wallace Park and Port City Java are just a short drive away. Nearby favorites include Indochine, Whole Foods, and a variety of cafés and breweries. Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk are less than 5 minutes by car, and Wrightsville Beach is under 15 minutes when you're ready for sand and surf.

My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen.
