This is a lovely property. It is very clean, well maintained and equipped. Even better it is ]close to everything downtown. Chad and Lisa were a joy to work with. They've done an exceptional job with the property. Lots of nice little extras. We'll be back!

The house is lovely, clean and has everything you need. The master bed is so comfortable, and loved having a tv to watch after a long day. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to make meals when you're not out exploring Wilmington. The back yard is perfect for dogs!

Great Stay

The house was clean, decorated perfectly and had everything we needed, we did a quick weekend trip it’s a great distance to the beaches and other activities. Owner was responsive and I would stay again!

Lovely property

This new property is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location is not too far from downtown and all the great restaurants! The back yard is especially nice for your dog. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful home!

Home was more beautiful than the pictures. The owners have really thought about everything to make this feel like you are comfortable and in your own home. This was perfect for our family of 4 adults, but could easily accommodate a few more. All the furnishings are very comfortable and in excellent condition. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated house

Beautiful interior decorating. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to “Arts District” and several breweries. Neighborhood is “up and coming”.

Immaculate home in walking distance of Live Oak Pavilion

Super cute historical home that has been thoughtfully renovated. Great location within a 15 minute walk to Live Oak Pavilion or Front St. Host was responsive and very willing to help with anything we needed. Recommend buddy system for any late night walks to and from the house. Home was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Perfect

What a wonderful long weekend in a beautiful house. We love Wilmington and having such a nice place to come home to each day made it even better. Spotless, well-decorated, in a great area of town we hadn’t really explored before. Two great breweries nearby and a few little hidden gem restaurants. Very safe feel for the whole family walking around, even met the sweet next door neighbor who lives year round and was very welcoming also! These owners know what they are doing and the communication with them was great. Backyard and back porch are dog and people friendly! Beautiful. That was the big plus for us. We’ll be back again and again if they’ll have us!

Snowbirds visit family

The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We started to refer to the house as "home". The location is great for walking to restaurants and interesting places. Some of the restaurants we liked were The Basics in the Cotton Exchange, Boombalatti's on N 4th Sr. for ice cream and Elijah's Oyster Camp on the Riverwalk. We went to Fort Fisher where they have a very in formative exhibit. You can walk around the battlements on the site. While we were there we were told about the Oakdale Cemetery in Wilmington. It is an historical place. The people we met on our outings in the neighborhood and beyond were pleasant and friendly. Chad was wonderful host and easy to work with right from when we made our reservation. We enjoyed our 2 months in Wilmington, NC. Five stars all the way.
