Enjoyed 2 nights here, hotel is very nice, staff is friendly and there's a Seafood Restuarant across the street that was very good as well. They'll give you a small discount if you shoe your room key. I will definitely be back.

Not a bad place to stay, we went last minute couldn't find anything at the beach, this was a good alternative.

I had read some bad reviews about the hotel. When I got there I was very skeptical but the hotel was very clean and better than the reviews I had seen. I would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it.

This is a standard Holiday Inn, vanilla inn every way. Clean, safe, courteous and convenient. But, not spectacular. Restaurant was not up to Holiday Inn standards, in my opinion.

Very nice clean room with King Size Bed. Great customer service. Quiet. Great value. Only thing that there was no bottles of water for sale, only soft drinks during our 2 night stay. Had to go down to the lobby/bar to get cups of water. Overall, a good experience. Would stay again.

Book this hotel last minute as my plane was delayed. I am glad that I chose here to stay. Everyone was super friendly, the room was clean, an overall GREAT experience. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Furniture restoration/varnishing was in progress and fumes infiltrated our room and entire floor. This caused some headaches and difficulty sleeping. Complimentary drink coupon was not honored at 11:00 p.m. As bartender decided to close the bar.

The waitress at the breakfast bar was rude. This place will not honor their full service if you make reservations through a third party for example if you reserve the rooms through a website you might not get breakfast even-though it's advertised in their website as part of it amenities. We found out ours did not cover breakfast when the waitress screamed out to the whole world that our rate did not cover it. We got an apology from management, but that's why this place does not deserve more than a few stars.

If you book this hotel through a third party the reservation does not include breakfast as Holiday Inn advertises in its website. We found out in a very rude manner when we went to get seated. The server at the breakfast bar was rude and had a very inappropriate tone of voice. The server was yelling to the whole world that our reservation rate did not cover breakfast. The front desk person was very nice and apologized on behalf of Holiday Inn and offered it after we complained about the rude server. We rejected their breakfast and went to Cracker Barrel that it's within a few miles from the hotel. The cleanness and the amenities were okay, the room was descent and the other employees at the hotel were very polite.

Room and amenities good. Lobby was closed due to remodelling. Check in was in a hallway. Breakfast and hospitality hour were held in a meeting room.

There was some construction while we were there and they start pretty early...no sleeping in!!!

Had a meeting schedule in Burgaw NC on Thursday November1. Had to arrive late at the hotel. The staff was very freindly and recommended a good place to eat. Room was great.

This was propably one of my least favorite Holiday Inn stays I have ever had and I only stay at their hotels around the world. The corridors had the smell of "cat urine", the water pressure in the room was non exisiting and no TV (not that it was really missed, but still). Will never stay at this location again and for $120 per night, pittyful!

For the price, this was definitely a good hotel! There wasn't anything special about it. Even though we requested a non-smoking room, we ended up with a smoking room. The staff tried to put us in a different room but they were booked. They came up and febreezed it for us lol. I would stay here again if I could get a non-smoking room.

I stayed for a week since I was coming to town on business. Its comfortable great access tot he downtown and business areas all around. I would come back or recommend the stay

It was good. Friendly staff and good location. The air conditioner was very loud, however. and i would have liked more TV channels

Pleasant staff. Clean comfortable room...unfortunately, I could here a woman screaming from inside her room as I walked down the hall...not kid appropriate:(

althought the room is supposd to be "non-smoking" it was not. there was still the smell of smoking, but not worth changing rooms. Everything else was fine.

I had read some bad reviews about the hotel. When I got there I was very skeptical but the hotel was very clean and better than the reviews I had seen. I would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it.
