courteous staff great design! but it smelled stuffy- I think the filters or carpets needed to be cleaned/changed in both rooms we rented. Our bathroom walls were pretty dirty and I wiped them, the floor corners, light switches, and sink down as they had finger prints smudges and toothpaste etc upon checkin. The elevators also smudged with prints up and down the stainless steal. If they had a staff that could do a deep clean of different rooms periodically I would definitely stay again because the rooms were big & bright and the staff was very friendly. If it were also clean it would 100% be 5 star.
