Room was great. We had lived in Wilmington and fire pits.area for 28 years and never realized there was a place like ARRIVE in downtown area. It was like a mini resort with the outside area and fire pits.

Arrive was lovely. The hotel itself was fun, with many special touches. The Dram Yard the restaurant on the property was pretentious and we were rudely turned away by a hostess. “We have an hour wait and you have no reservation, so…” we decided to walk to eat somewhere else to eat. All that said the Arrive staff Was amazing .

The staff and the room were great. There was some noise from the people above me that made it slightly less enjoyable of a stay, but overall not bad. Valet in pretty much a must at this place which I’m not a fan of especially since I had to retrieve my own vehicle in the morning since the attendant wasn’t on duty yet and the staff is a skeleton crew in the morning. I was not able to enjoy my free drink since it was storming, but I loved the courtyard and atmosphere of the property.
