I was completely satisfied with my stay here. Very clean and very friendly staff. Low cost rooms that are in excellent shape.

It was a good deal. Negatives - walls are thin, and I could hear the neighbors until they were quiet. Also, the air conditioning is still the old type where the temperature (no numbers - just red/blue dial) and fan speed are controlled on the unit under the window. It was just too loud for me to sleep through, so I had to turn it off, making the room very stuffy. Positives - the staff were very nice, and the free breakfast was pretty good.

Friendly Staff, although the beds were tiny, they were comfortable.

Really rundown property and in bad shape. To their credit it’s mostly pretty clean... breakfast was okay, I’ve seen worse breakfast buffets at hotels but it definitely wasn’t the best either. Good location. Lots to do near by. Pool room was insufferably hot yet the pool was cold. Scary rickety elevators. The front desk staff was rude when we arrived and we waited a long time to check in, but everyone I dealt with afterwards was friendly.

Very clean facilities. Very convenient, close to everything. Would recommend using some fabric Softener in the laundry for the towels. Breakfast was lacking.

The property was seemingly a few years old but had been updated. The rooms were clean but well worn, torn carpet and botched wall repairs. However, all you need is a bed and a shower so it was OK for that purpose no longer than we were in the room. The price was acceptable for the service received. The breakfast offerings were decent, fruit, yogurt, waffles and muffins, etc.

Staff was decent enough. We reserved 3 rooms and requested only one room be authorized on our card before check in because the other two rooms were going to be paid by the other people in our party. All 3 rooms were charged the morning of the day we were going to check in. Fine, we’ll get the money from our friends. Once we check in the room we got smelled moldy. Like something got wet and never really dry, it was bad. We requested another room and we got it thankfully. The other people in our party complained of questionable stains on their sheets but we’re too non confrontational to ask for another room. Our kids really wanted to use the pool but when we went to check it out, there was weird debris floating in there and we decided to not risk it. We stayed one night and honestly for the price we paid (weekend after 4th of July) it was absolutely not worth it. We should have paid the $30 more it would have cost a night to stay at a Hampton or something like it. When we went to check out we mentioned all our party’s issues to the concierge but they really kind of just said “eh”. Never staying here again.

Overall the stay was ok. The indoor pool was the omly reason i gave this place 1 star. No fridge, No microwave and No hot breakfast unless you wanna count the hard waffle. All 3 rooms i booked had a bad odor, the bed titled if more than 1 person set on one side and the bathroom was the size of a shoebox. I'll never stay there again!

The cost was reasonable, and I believe the property appeared to be well-maintained. My only issues are the fact that only the fifth floor has refrigerators and microwaves. The only other situation was that the restrooms are not handicap accessible. Disregarding those facts, I found the stay at the Park Inn enjoyable.

The location was convenient to both the outlets and Busch Gardens / Water Country USA.

The room smelled like mold and mildew. I couldn't tell if the carpet was cold or wet. there is a train that runs RIGHT BEHIND the hotel, and we kept waking up. There is no clear loading area in the parking lot like any other hotel i have stayed at, so it was a pain to load and unload, especially if another guest is trying to do the same. They have plants inside the front doors that get in the way making in hard to open them all the way. The AC unit in the room was either "on" or "off", and had no thermostat that i could find. The provided pillows were oddly small and the bedding did not smell clean. The rooms were older looking, and there were stains in the room, in the bathroom, and even on the dresser... It did not seem that there had been any updates in quite a long time, not even the TVs. The staff was all very friendly, nothing negative to say there. Breakfast was decent and comparable to other hotels. Even at this cheap of a price point, i was not expecting something this poorly maintained. We actually ended up only staying 1 night out of 5 and getting a different hotel. They told us they could not refund any of our money because it was prepaid through Orbitz.

Our room was overwhelmed with humidity and the walls were actually wet. The room we were moved to had a shower nozzle that had the water coming out so sharp it hurt your head. The tubs were very slippery and there were no bath mats

Breakfast was really lacking and there was no iron in our room - we had to call front desk and have them look for an available iron to send over to us. Property is really in need of an update, hallway carpeting on 4th floor as you exit from the elevator is torn and worn out in spots and just dirty.

Room was not clean. We had hair in bathroom sink and tub when we checked in. Went to desk and got winded and had to clean bathroom ourselves

NICE PLACE DID'NT LIKE THE CABLE TV SETUP BUT LISA THE DESK MANGER LISA WAS EXCELLENT

Older building but still in good shape. Great staff and great location. I’d only like to see them add bags for the ice buckets as mine had moisture in it when I got there.

Aged property, but well kept. Assuming 1) the indoor pool is open and, 2) the complementary breakfast's waffle-maker is operating... a pleasing value proposition for younger families traipsing the nearby exhausting array of tourist sites and Colonial Williamsburg. In other words, kids under 10 will love it. Adults? ... Ehhh.

Friendly staff, nice pool, decent breakfast included.
