Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave the condo in the same condition as when you arrived. Place the thermostat to 74F. Double check that all doors are properly shut and locked.
Trash and recycle is picked up Wednesday morning. Additionally, trash is picked up on Saturday morning.
Clean out the refrigerator, take all food, drinks etc. Bring in the deck cushions, place them just inside the back sliding door. Double check for all personal items to be sure nothing is left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay at the condo! It was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed! The location was great too—it was not a far walk to the beach and boardwalk. Communication with the owner was great as well. Five stars for sure!

Oldies Weekend

My husbands family always has a small cousins reunion on oldies weekend every year. The cousins were at a hotel right around the corner. That being said, we rented this lovely, cozy condo from Jason and Dawn and we couldn’t have been happier. It was clean, had everything we could need and they are wonderful hosts! We felt right at home and were within walking distance of Boardwalk!!! Would definitely stay again!

Great Rental for a Weekend Down the Shore!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location of the house was fantastic, only a few blocks to the beach and a 10 min walk to Founders. The house was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the decor as it was nostalgic and very quintessential beach house! The owners were very nice and even gave a short tour when we arrived.
