Fast check in, very friendly check in staffs, and location is excellent! Thank you!

The place was nice they little problem with Parkinson’s they built the extension of the hotel on there but other Nat nice place

It was a relatively clean and quiet motel with excellent sound isolation.

The Tropicana is a basic, no frills motel whose best feature is its proximity to the boardwalk in the heart of the Wildwoods. The room is spartan and outdated, there was one small lamp for the room, the WiFi was sluggish and made it difficult to stream on my Roku. If you stay, bring your own towels as the motel towels are thin and scratchy- mine actually had 2 holes in it. My biggest issue with this motel is the parking situation. First, at check in I was surprised to hear there’s a $10 parking fee which I’ve never heard of at other Wildwood motels. Parking is hard to come by and the spots are tight. I had to leave my keys at the front desk so the motel staff could move it as others came and went until I checked out. Bottom line is the Tropicana serves its purpose if you’re not looking for anything more than a room to crash in for a night or two.

Customer service was terrible. There was rarely anyone at the front desk whenever I needed help or just to ask a question

The pool was foggy, water pressure was low, the tv had 4 channels, and when i put the ac on 72 it smelled like burnt hair. They should make improvements.

We found some bottles that didn’t belong to us under the beds but other than that it was very nice. People were nice and cleaned so well I felt comfortable even with COVID.

First of all we booked Tropicana Motel When we came we found sign saying that Check-In for Tropicana is located in The Waves (just next to it) Receptionist said that we will have a room in The Waves Hotel” ...The hotel is new and modern. However it’s not finished yet! (Check the pics) There are very thin walls so we were woken up the whole night! There was no hairdryer, no iron, no iron board, no phone in the room! They offer free and terrible breakfasts that includes just some beagles and yogurts... Also, the pool is very small and just by the street with no pool towels available Definitely whoever has built this hotel needs to go back and finish it ! (...don’t forget to take off the dust construction cover from the smoke detector!) Basically Room was in 50% done but unfortunately sold for 100% of price I think people deserve more for over $300 per night! Sorry, never again!

Typical old style beach Motel, rooms are clean, firm mattress. Here's the negative ... THE BAD BELOW 1.) No Alarm Clocks 2.) No phone in room to call front desk 3.) No table or chairs in room to eat on, plenty of space for it, just isn't there. 4.) ****Whomever the motels electrician is, is an idiot, there is one electrical outlet by the nightstand, and guess what, that outlet is a switched outlet meaning this, if you plug your cell phone in to charge it up over night, and then shut the light switch off to go to sleep, bingo you guessed it, the power goes off to that outlet, and you'll wake up to a dead phone. Keep in mind if you were using your phone's as an alarm clock you are out of luck now. 5.) *** I'd say do not lean on the balcony walkway leading to the rooms, the railing does not feel sturdy. There was only one set of steps leading up to the 2nd and 3rd floor. 6.) 13 Channels of TV... Kids may not be happy if stuck inside a bit 7.) Parking under the motel is typical , surrender your keys so attendant can move your car. Some folks hate this but that's life. 8.) You get two small bath towels and two wash cloths for two full size beds 9.) The cost I paid after taxes was $160 per night.. for that price I could of used a working freaking electrical outlet at the bed side .

It's good, they give each guest a bracelet which stunk

Very neat and clean, friendly staff, just wish i knew the pool was across the street.
