Great location, very close to boardwalk and beach. Rooms are recently upgraded with great furnishing and were clean. But they lack basic functioning amenities - half of the lights were not working, room had strong chlorine smell, bath exhaust fan kept making noise even though it was off, weak shower pressure, luke warm water from shower. Staff at front desk was un-attentive and seemed quite uninterested in creating a welcoming experience.

This is a nice hotel for a very quick visit. Although clean rooms, there is no room service to clean rooms and renew towels do not come unless asked or when you check out.

We booked 1 bedroom with the living room suite. The overall hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The room looked renovated and clean except for the couch. The only problem we had was the front desk. The guy named Andy needs some extra training on the customer service. He was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

Staff was rude and indifferent when present but often not even at the front desk. There were supposed to be free muffins/pastries for breakfast and when we asked for them one morning, we were told there were none, with no apology for the inconvenience. The floors were FILTHY throughout the suite, there were three seemingly inexperienced cleaners seen on the property - they probably never actually cleaned anything and no one ever checked their work, or lack thereof. The upholstery on the sofa felt grimy and the cushions were very hard and uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for - this made me realize it’s definitely worth it to spend more for a clean and comfortable hotel. In sum, I do not plan to return to the Vibes and cannot recommend it.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay! The staff is very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms and beddings were immaculately clean! This will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Wildwood!
