A clean, quiet room in the boondocks west of Wichita. Nothing fancy, but perfectly comfortable. The shower was awesome! Hot and strong. The bed was very comfortable, the room was toasty warm. If you like Chinese food, the "Ginger" on the other side of the highway has very good Singapore mai fun and spring rolls! My only criticism, and not really a complaint, is that there was no in-room coffee. A very minor thing. So rough it - bring instant Starbucks and nuke some water. You'll be okay. Next time I overnight in Wichita, I will stay here.

Don’t judge a book by its cover comes to mind. The exterior needs some repair and paint but interior of rooms and office were updated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was minimal

Likes: Easy access from main road, adjacent to our destination at Afton Lake Park, comfortable room, affordably priced. Dislikes: Supposedly a non-smoking room, but it reeked of stale tobacco - had to get a can of Fabreeze to clean it up. Breakfast is a very meagre offering - all carbs, no fruit or meat.
