We had to stay here due to another hotel ruining our reservation. We stayed here for two nights and it was awful. The air in our room had been turned off and the window was open when we got there...it was 88 degrees outside. The next morning, the same receptionist was there that had checked us in the night before, and knew we were staying two nights, saw us walk by with some bags and asked if we were ready to check out in a rude way. I used to work in a hotel, so I always treat hotel employees with respect because I know how much crap they go through, so I just laughed and said not until tomorrow. That night, we learned that the pool wasn't open yet, even though all the surrounding hotels had their pools open. Then, we got up to the room and we didn't have any clean towels, so I went down to the front desk and asked for two sets of towels for our room. She gave me a dirty look and rudely said, "What room are you in? Oh, you HAVE to bring me your used towels so I can give you new ones". My husband went downstairs to exchange the towels and said she took the old ones and didn't want to give him new ones. They're just towels!!! When we did check out, the woman just took our keys and walked away, no thank you or have a great day or anything. There were signs in multiple places in the hotel asking for reviews to be placed on travel advisor, so here's mine. Enjoy your stay in Wichita, just somewhere else.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The property is clean, quiet, and safe. I stay in long-term stay hotels most of the year for work, and this was definitely one of the best. The front desk even took the time to call me after I left to let me know I had forgotten some shirts in the closet. Great customer service.

Sunday night, staying solo. Staff were friendly and cordial at check-in. They met my request for a ground-floor room. The room was clean and spacious. TV worked but no Fox Sports 1 channel. Kitchen was a nice size but no plates, cups or cutlery. Bed was comfortable The smell of cigarette smoking was palpable in the corridors and in the room. This hotel is advertised as "smoke-free". Then came breakfast. Not. Breakfast (advertised on their website as "included") was a choice of a cellophane-wrapped muffin or a granola bar with coffee (which was missing). All the other hotels in this area provide a cooked breakfast with juice, fruit and a choice of breads. Add $10 per person for breakfast at Denny's down the road to the room rate and this place is not competitive in this market. Not recommended.

I arrived after making a reservation on line and upon arrival, I was told that what I reserved was not available. The person at the front desk, Lisa, made things right. Our short stay there was great. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. They even provided a free take away breakfast.

Stayed for an evening on our way out west - staff was friendly - room clean and spacious. Very Comfortable accommodations. Roomy, with a full size fridge, stove, microwave and sink. Only drawback during our stay was all of the road construction - but all hotels in this area would be facing that challenge. Can't beat the price for the quality that you are getting here.

Great location, fabulous and friendly staff. It's nice to have a kitchen and a little more room while traveling for business. I travel here a few times a year and will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Was greeted with A welcome from manager Crystal and Iva and room was spotless great tv and internet was good with plenty of parking.. .All of the staff was awesome can't say enough about them. Thanks Sonia Sherita Iva Misty Lisa Donte for making me feel at home James Spicer

I thought this would be an economical business stay for one night. I forgot that the extended stay feature allowed guests to cook in the rooms. The odor in the first room was like someone had just fried all kinds of foods and wasn't going to leave anytime soon. I requested a 2nd room. The 2nd room smelled like there had been a fire. I was told it was the only room available. The smell resulted in a monster migraine.

The hotel, and the staff were awesome. Location was great for the place I was working. They always welcome my Cats, and do not bother me when I ask. Will definitely stay here if I ever need to be in Wichita again.

We often stay here when we are in town visiting family. Although it is an older property, it is well-kept, clean and has friendly service. It also has something a lot of hotels do not have in their rooms...a small oven. This came in exceptionally handy this time as we had to cook for a family birthday party. The location is perfect for us and it is conveniently located to many of the aerospace companies and to shopping. Our only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable and our son ended up sleeping on the folded-up sofa. If the mattress on the sofa was better, I would have given ESA five stars (especially for the price).
