Delano is a trendy neighborhood situated just west of the Arkansas River and Downtown Wichita. With popular bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, this neighborhood is perfect for anyone who wants to get one of the best experiences Wichita can offer. Centrally located, you can get anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes.

Guests have full access to the property. No shared spaces.

Walk into the bright and open living room, kitchen and dining room. Lounge in style on the cozy, leather furniture while watching one of our streaming services (Netflix, HULU, Disney+, ESPN+, FUBO TV) on the 50" Smart TV. Cook dinner in our newly remodeled kitchen, with Quartz Countertops and NEW Stainless steel appliances. Dine in style at countertop bar or the dining room table. Enjoy our coffee station complete with coffee pods, tea, sugar and creamer (New Keurig Iced Coffee Maker!). Off the living room, you'll find the large front bedroom with it's own private entrance. Cozy up on the King Size bed and watch another large Smart TV (complete with streaming services), or get some work done on oversized desk. Towards the back, you'll find another entrance onto the back patio that has a large table with seating for up to 6, a large umbrella (complete with LED lights). Grill out on our small charcoal grill. The laundry room is complete with brand new washer and dryer and cabinet for shelving and cabinet for extra storage. At the very back of the house, you'll find the large, very private bedroom. With brand new carpet, cozy chair and king size bed, this room could not be more cozy! Cozy up on the bed and watch the 50" Smart TV (complete with streaming services). Please note, there is driveway parking. This property does not have a garage or basement. There is a step down into the back bedroom. Guests have full access to the property. The house is located in a neighborhood just west of downtown and the River, in a neighborhood that is up and coming. Many houses on the street are being worked on. It's just minutes from Downtown, Old Town, Botanica. Get anywhere in Wichita in 20 minutes or less. The house is just south of McLean so it has very easy access to Kellogg and downtown.
