My family and I stayed the night at Hyatt place Whitehorse after a full day of traveling and it was a great stay. We enjoyed the clean rooms and the convenient of a restaurant at the hotel. It made the stop convenient for us . The staff were extremely kind and professional . Would highly recommend.

As Whitehorse’s newest hotel, it is really well set up. Their rooms are super convenient and comfortable, and the staff is really lovely and the food was also good.

The room was clean, staff were helpful. Located on Main st., it is within walking distance of all the downtown attractions and businesses. I would highly recommend the hotel, but have two items to note: 1. Parking behind the hotel costs $15CAD/night, but parking on the street is/was free for now until the city installs the new parking meters. 2. I love the Nespresso coffee makers this hotel offers. We drank the pods on the first morning; however, there was no maid service that day and no refill of the coffee pods. It was late enough that I didn’t bother the staff, but the hotel should think to refill the coffee pods even if they do not provide daily service for cleaning & linens.
