It was extremely expensive for what you get. And when you check in they add yet another $200 for a damage pre-auth. So, $400 at the door for essentially a motel-level place to stay. No AC, stains on the floor, broken fan, black mold under the bathroom sink, tiny TV, missing drain cover on the tub. I'm still waiting for that pre-auth release... Waiting, waiting...

As always, it was clean and the staff were amazing. Unfortunately during my stay there was a problem with barking dogs every time you walked down the hall. Staff did speak to the owners but it seemed to yield no results.

Over priced and had to pay high pet fees all other 4 star hotels charge 10 dollar per fee here was 80? Sand on our floor when we arrived and ugly furnishings the deposit hol was still on my account for a week other establishments that were way better did not require a deposit….

Fluffy towels but tub faucet falling off the wall that needed reattaching. Obvious repairs to sink, paint on the light fixture and right side light fixture socket was in pieces. Obviously an older building in need of more updating. Central location near lots of restaurants and transit but also panhandlers in the area.

This is a great hotel for pet friendly travels, it is conveniently located across from the river front trail, near the downtown shopping core, and within walking distance from some nice restaurants. It always smells clean when I stay, and as a dog owner I appreciate the hardwood floors over dingy carpets other pet friendly rooms in the area have. The staff appear well dressed and friendly. Note, if you drive a larger vehicle ( long box truck, ford flex or other larger SUV) that the parking lot may be hard to navigate.

Worst Hotel

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I had such a disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I knew something was off. First off, the noise levels were unbearable. The walls were so thin, I could hear everything happening in the hallway and even in adjacent rooms. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep, and the noise continued well into the early morning hours (including screaming, swearing, and banging). On top of that, the hotel did not feel secure at all. I felt uneasy leaving my belongings in the room, and I was constantly worried about my safety. Not a comforting experience. To make matters worse, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before I arrived—the floor had sticky spots, and hair in the bathroom. The room had an unappealing smell despite leaving the window open for the entire stay. It lacked furniture and lighting. The mini fridge worked but the freezer was not usable due to frost build up. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It was overpriced for what it offered, and it was a huge letdown in every way possible. I won’t be returning.

Great location! Hotel needs some upgrades but we knew that from previous reviews. Our only issue with the hotel itself were little things like not having enough towels and the amount of conversation needed to get 1 more. There does seem to be a lot of late night activity outside from the bars and some tenants.

Worst hotel experience

Check-in was good Had some parking options for a truck with a trailer. Is located in the bar area of town. There were a lot of drunk people I was traveling with my family and there was a fight in the hallway right next to our room and they sprayed a whole can of bear mace. Which affected my two month old and three year-old greatly. They needed to be seen by ambulance and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. I plan to get my money back and I hope the hotel is willing to cooperate. I think the hotel should do better as far as allowing these people to stay. I am aware that they do not foresee this happening, but the people were very intoxicated when they showed up and it could’ve been prevented if there was some security or some sort of monitoring going on.
