I can’t describe how bad everything was I did check in at 3:00 i did check out at 3:10 that how bad and they didn’t gave me no reefund! Orbitz please remove this hotel from your list!!

1st room bathroom not cleaned , 2nd room just dirty , long black hair in shower towel ( my hair is short and brown). The kinda place you would not walk barefoot on the carpet.

The hotel was average, one of the most reasonable in price. A bit too far from city center of Vancouver. Room was clean and staff was pleasant.

Beds were extremely dirty. The hotel employee claimed that they have been cleaned but she was not fooling anyone. She brought "new" sheets out. Toilet in the room was not functional. Also requested for the multiple beds but got the two beds instead. Not sure why Orbitz even offer that room if its not accurate. Will not stay here again.

This is a hotel for the budget minded. Dirty towels were left in the room floor was not swept. The towels were so rough that I wouldn't use them to clean my car. This motel needs a makeover from the entrance thru the whole building. The lone chair in the room was uncomfortable.

It felt more like a run down half way house. The first floor had lots of drunk natives coming and going. The floors had enough dirt on them to grow corn. The toilet in our room was plugged. Terrible place and not recommended.

Kind of old school, but clean, quiet rooms. Great view of the Yukon River and within walking distance to everything in town.

Good night's rest, quiet, comfortable. TV was old, with a poor picture. Continental breakfast had a nice variety, including yogurt, fruit, waffles. Handy to downtown, the river walk and tourist train.

Whitehorse prices are much higher than surrounding town in the Yukon. This place is loud and rowdy, but asked to move rooms and accommodating. Front desk staff was gracious and when I asked for a fast WIFi connection stuck me right by the router. I was a happy camper. I did laundry, and that was nice.

Friendly staff, room clean and spacious. WIFI worked most of the time. It is noisy, especially on the street level. Advise you don't get a room with a river view on the first floor. Second floor was definitely much better re: the noise.

I've stayed here twice. It is about half the price of any other Whitehorse hotel, and the location is great- downtown--next to the river and half the rooms have a nice river view. Basic hotel, reasonably clean room, helpful staff, internet, ice machine, no other amenities. Previous reviews mention a scuzzy loud bar. That bar is several doors down and noise is not a factor. As for the scuzziness--that just adds character.

ok

Other than the huge room the hotel was very ugly and smelly. There were drunks all over the premises because there is a hole on the wall bar connected to lobby of hotel. I would never stay there again.
