I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk during my stay. Upon checking out, I was told that the security hold on my credit card would be released within 9 days. However, the charge remained on my card well past that time. When I reached out to the front desk for assistance, they insisted that the hold had already been cleared, but refused to offer any help in resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the staff blamed me for not understanding the situation and hung up on me twice. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service left me extremely frustrated.
Additionally, at check-in, they failed to provide the same type of room that I had booked. I had requested a room with two beds, but they only had a room with one bed available. As a result, my friend had to sleep on a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable. This was a huge inconvenience and added to the overall disappointing experience.
