Whistler Creekside Townhome - 3BR - Ski in/Ski Out - Private Outdoor Hot Tub
Welcome to our cozy mountain hideaway! We are a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 level mountainside townhome located in a quiet area of Whistler Creekside, which offers ski in/ski out access to the Whistler Creek Gondola, at the base of the 2010 Olympic Downhill and Super G runs. A one minute walk from the front door takes you the access trail, and another minute skiing through the woods takes you to the new Creekside Gondola.
We are located in Whistler Creekside, approximately 4 km. south of the main Whistler Village. Creekside Village offers all amenities, including restaurants and pubs, grocery and liquor stores, ski rentals, bank, etc., with lots of free parking. Creekside Village, is, in our experience, much less crowded and quieter than the main Whistler Village and its gondolas, although we are still close enough to easily access the main Village by car or bus. By its location, Creekside Village is also protected from much of the significant traffic on the roads in and around the main Village.
Whistler Creek Ridge is a unique family oriented townhome complex, backing on to unobstructed natural mountainside terrain. It is very private, and features great mountain views. The complex is located one minute by car up the road from Creekside Village. Our unit is just a few steps from a trail system that allows a 1 minute ski in/out access to the Whistler Creek Gondola. Alternatively, a 1 minute drive down into Creekside Village allows direct access to the gondola, with free covered parking and pick up/drop off areas. The new Whistler Creek Gondola gives you access to all ski areas of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.
You will find our townhome itself provides all the comforts of home, with many special touches. There two designated parking spaces, one covered and one open. At the condo entrance, you will find a large built-in lockable storage room to accommodate your wet skis and boards after a day on the mountain. Once inside, the first level features a bedroom with a bunk bed (twin on top, double on the bottom). On the first level, there is also a closet for outerwear, and a full bathroom with shower/bath and heated tile flooring.
The second level has an open plan kitchen/living room/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher), with heated tile floors and all the cooking gear you might need to put together that big family dinner, or just to brew some fresh coffee for a quick start in the morning. Complimentary coffee, teas, and all the basic cooking materials are supplied . The living room has a big, comfortable couch, wood burning fireplace, TV with Netflix, DVD, CD player, IPod dock, and internet connection (wireless). The dining room has an expandable table that will seat up to 8 people. The covered deck, off the dining room, has a propane Weber barbeque for all season use.
On the third level, you will find the master bedroom, and the second bedroom. Both have queen beds. There is a second full bathroom, including a shower , which opens to both the master bedroom and hallway. The master has a TV with DVD player, and also has an adjoining room with sink and closets. Both master and second bedrooms have private covered decks with sitting areas and great views to the western mountains. Also on the third floor are the front loading washer and dryer. Finally, and mandatory after a hard day on the slopes, is our new (Dec. 2022) private 6 person hot tub on the covered back deck.
The condo will sleep 6 people comfortably.
We have been continually upgrading the condo since purchase, with all new mattresses (most important!! – high end, selected for a good night’s sleep), washer, dryer, BBQ, wireless internet, TV, many small appliances, electronics, dishware, etc, and of course, the hot tub.
Our townhome will provide you with a most comfortable warm and relaxing refuge after a long day on the slopes! It's your best bet for a great mountain getaway!!
Here's what we are doing for COVID 19 Precautions:
Anti viral cleaning and disinfection protocols have been added to our standard cleaning procedures, adapted following guidelines from the British Columbia Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Note that all cleaning and disinfection procedures are carried out personally by the owners. We are both are retired health care professionals, who have worked in infection control for hospitals in Alberta and British Columbia.
- Contactless check in/check out is standard. - All high touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with hospital grade (CDC approved) disinfectants with viricidal activity against COVID 19 (and other viruses). - Our private hot tub is maintained biweekly by a professional hot tub company (Poolside Hot Tubs in Whistler). - All dishware, kitchen equipment, towels and bedding are cleaned between guests. - Hand sanitizers are provided on site. - Minimum 42 hours between guests (no back to back bookings).
Although recommended by VRBO, we do not supply antibacterial type soap. They are not recommended in the medical literature and have no activity against COVID 19. They also may have the negative effect of interfering with a person's normal (protective) bacterial flora, and may increase the risk of generating drug resistant bacteria. Thorough hand washing with regular soap and water remains the most effective way to disinfect hands.

Our stay was excellent! The hosts were very welcoming and provided an excellent overview of the home, directions to get there, information about the area and other useful tips. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were impressed with the hot tub, bedrooms, bathrooms, and all of the balconies and great views. We were more impressed with the communication and generosity of the owners. It was a fun challenge finding the ski in and ski out areas. We would definitely visit again.

Overall great stay. Cozy living area overlooking the mountains. Not far from creekside gondola, although ski-in and ski-out had no snow. Kitchen had everything we needed! And thank you for the lovely bottle of wine! Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing and the bbq worked well.

Lovely Condo, Location OK - Car required
Lovely clean spacious condo, with all amenities including the star attraction - a lovely hot tub. Location is away from village located on a steep hill. Car required for this property. Can 'ski out' from top of car park after a walk down a steel staircase, however, can be challenging dependant on snow conditions, and not for beginners. Not a 'ski in' location - disappointingly. Even though this is advertised as such. We spent three days trying to find entry in, before hiring a car as it was just too challenging. We are all experienced skiers.

This property is nicely appointed and there is lots of space for a family of 5 (with three teenagers). The kitchen is well equipped and overall a very comfortable stay. The hot tub is a nice bonus after a day of skiing! Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect spot for my family of 4. New, relaxing hot tub. Nice electric fireplace kept the LR cozy. Owners were easy to contact and the neighbor dog, Callie, was always there to greet us at the end of the ski day. Parking at Creekside garage worked well for us. (Free!) We would highly recommend for a stay at Creekside!

Awesome ski getaway
Overall the place was very comfortable and had a great layout with bedrooms on separate floors from the kitchen/living space. Kitchen was very stocked, new hot tub with private view. Beautiful pine surround electric fireplace. Beds were all very comfortable. Perfect for our group getaway of 3 adults and 3 kids. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Creekside base is a great base for a ski trip, a bit quieter than the busy bustle of Whistler Village. A+ for storage locker for skis and two parking spaces. Loved it! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and room for everyone
Property is located right in Creekside village, and yet quiet and perfect for families. Plenty of room for all 6 of us, and was very clean upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen with supplies. Hot tub is brand new, and was great to use on a bitterly cold week or skiing and snowboarding. Steve was very communicative before and during our trip, and all instructions are clear. We would not hesitate to use this property again in winter or summer.

Wonderful stay at Creekside
This place was great. Our family of 6 stayed for almost a week. We had plenty of space and were really comfortable in the condo. The condo was well stocked with supplies, the beds were comfortable and the family room was well set up to relax after a day of skiing. Also everyone loved the hot tub. It was reasonable to ski in and ski out from this location.

Awesome Ski in/out townhome!!
We loved our time at Whistler/Blackcomb and the townhome had a lot to do with that. Owner Steve was very responsive to a few questions I had prior to booking. Prior to arrival, we received a comprehensive list of instructions via email that explained everything we needed to find and enjoy the property while there. The place was super clean, had great views of the mountains, and was well decorated. The hot tub was sparkling, and provided a nice happy hour each day after skiing (thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine!). The fridge and cabinets had random items (like spices, pancake mix, ramen, ketchup) left by prior guests, always a plus. The beds were very comfortable. The reserved car port space accommodated our Suburban. Ski out was very easy to find. We found the best ski in via Kadenwood Trail with a little poking around and talking to neighbors, but the easier to find route in the directions worked just fine too. Kadenwood Hint: too much potential for wrong turns to describe in text since it is a longer route and accesses other adjacent streets, so walk up the ski-in trail with your smartphone map app on when you first arrive to familiarize yourself, and be ok with popping out in the wrong culdesac once, which was still an easy walk to the property, until you master it. We rented our skis from a locally owned shop Spicy Sports at Whistler base which was cheaper than the resort owned shop at Creekside base .. worth the 7 min drive for us. Plus the Whistler base area was a rocking party with lots of bars and restaurants when we arrived Saturday at 5 pm... but we were too tired after skiing each evening to see how it was on other nights. This property is 5+ stars. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Whistler!! We look forward to coming back.

We had such a great experience at Steve and Elizabeth’s place. It’s super clean and cozy. There was a lot of space for the 6 of us and we all appreciated how comfortable the beds were. We also loved getting into the hot tub every night after a long day of snowboarding. We had a bit of trouble with the ski-in but it might be because we were on snowboards. The ski out was super convenient. Overall, we really loved the place, thanks for having us!

My family had a great time. The unit is very charming, cozy and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well appointed as was the rest of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the BBQ grill worked great in the winter. Whistler Creekside village with ski rental, places to eat and a grocery store was a 10 minute walk away. Once we arrived, we left the car parked in the carport. While we didn't watch much TV, it was nice having Netflix available as well as the Canadian cable channels. The hosts were very nice and quick to respond to every request. It was also nice to be able to ski in and out, or a short walk with the skis if you wanted a wider trail. We had a great time and I highly recommend the unit.

Owners were helpful, property was nice. Owners were available if you had any questions. One of the most pleasant stays I have ever had at a property, once we
for logistics and payment figured out. Over all I would give it a 4/5 because of communication at the beginning, and the hot tub be drained before we left. This was all made better by the excellent service by the host.
