It was a good location, near to gondolas and shops and restaurants. The facility is not big and a little outdated. The sauna chamber in the room is a surprise. We loved it. The pool was very nice and warm. There are no other common areas to sit or hang out except the pool and deck. Their garage has a really low clearance so we had to park our car with the roof top box across the street at the public parking lot. That parking lot requires a daily fee renew at 8 am. You cannot pay in advance. That means if you miss the 8am time to refresh your parking, you will receive a ticket. 😐

Great property for families. Loved the loft room layout and the amenities in the room for making meals. Easy route to the gondola, fun shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub very nice and clean. Room was clean, and staff was accommodating. Would stay here again.

Staff are very friendly and provide good service, but Mountainside Lodge is in a state of disrepair. Nearly everything in the Fitness Center is "Out of Order," and both the elevator and hot tub broke down during our stay. Quality of cleaning was also questionable.I found a discarded contact lens wrapper next to the toilet in our room.
