Adequate, what we expected.
Accurate listing. Chris was very responsive and helpful.Only minor complaints: The sofa bed looked like it wasnt cleaned in a while. Laundry machine was convenient, but took a long time to dry. And ski lockers were pretty small, not enough for 2 sets of skis and 2 snowboards. But good location, especially being right above Cow’s ice cream!

Great central location in Whistler
Had a perfect stay in Whistler. Check-in only open till 9pm so ring ahead if going to be late (we just made it in time") Otherwise we had a great stay and being right next to the "stoll" made it easy to get aroiund. Suprisingly quiet in the room, so had good nights sleep.

Excellent Location
The apartment was very comfortable and right on the border
that separates the Village North from Village Centre. It's a six minute walk to the Whistler and Blackcomb lifts. It provides easy
access to a variety of restaurants. Couldn't ask for more in a ski vacation !

Small but functional
408 Bear Lodge is a great little apt with a very well equipped kitchen and laundry which works well for a longer stay.
However there is nowhere to put your clothes bar a few hangars so you need to be prepared to live out of bags - nowhere to put suitcases either. Although with a huge washing machine and dryer you can just wash everyday. Pack light and this apt will suit fine.
There was also no heating in the bedroom and with minus 20 outside was a little under supplied in terms of blankets and none available at reception.
Otherwise a good base for our 10 day skiing trip.

This property was very dirty!
We arrived to no coffee pot at the condo. The dishwasher was broken with the spin arm sitting in the bottom of it. The oven was extremely dirty with baked on food and black inside! We found old ketchup wrappers and french fires in the bedroom and someone else's socks covered in hair under the edge of the bed. We had to rewash all of the dishes we used as food was caked on from the dishwasher. We found broker shards of glass on the kitchen floor. The sheets did not look like they had been washed and the pillows were very thin and old. We sent pictures of all the issues to the owner. In these extremely uncertain times with COVID-19, it is imperative that all rental units are cleaned to the highest standards. There was no smell of any cleaning that had been done. We were extremely unhappy with our unit and tried to stay somewhere else but the town was all booked up. COVID is very real and should be taken very seriously!!

Whistler Village condo
The condo was clean and accommodating. It is located in the heart of the village, about an eight minute walk for me to the Whistler Gondola. The fireplace was a nice place to warm-up after a long day on the slopes. The only downside was the hot tub, which was not very inviting under fluorescent lighting. The gym is also lacking- it's not a gym- just a very small room with some outdated equipment. Overall, I would certainly stay here again on my next Whistler ski adventure.
Close to everything , comfortable the only thing is I asked about the damage deposit and they didn’t know when we would get that back off our credit card . I left the room the way it was .
