The suites are very nice and comfortable and well equipped. Some of the furniture in the suite is old and worn. The common areas, I.e. elevator, hallways, activity room are very worn, dirty and tired. However, the outdoor pool and hot tubs are really nice and in a beautiful setting.

It wasn’t very clean, everything was dated, and common areas were in disrepair. The parking garage was also interesting; parking spots were hard to find and they were extremely cramped (even with a compact car), that made people deliberately park in 2 spots for others to avoid denting their vehicles. For what we paid to stay in a standard room I expected the place to be in better shape; regardless of location.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually enjoy my visits, but this stay was very disappointing. The pool area was chaotic and poorly supervised. Teenagers and kids were using the adult hot tub, some were vaping, and a group of teenage boys were jumping into the small pool. Two adults even brought a screen into the hot tub and watched a sports game loudly. No one seemed to be following the pool or spa rules, and there were no staff members present to monitor the area or address the situation. I came here to relax but ended up leaving the next morning feeling frustrated and disappointed. I plan to follow up with the hotel manager regarding this experience.

We love this place. Been going here for years, before it bexame what it is now. Only thing is they dont serve breakfast so have to buy at the village day/night prior. Thabk goodness for their kitchenette.

The service at this hotel was the worst I've ever stayed at. The manager was completely uncommunicative, rude, and didn't even try to resolve any issues, just shutting us down. Never stay at this hotel. It's a waste of time and money.
