Booked at the last minute and was pleased with the room.
Hotel is undergoing so renovation, but it is gorgeous. The location in the Village is absolutely perfect because it is centrally located. My room faced the pedestrian stroll and mountain.
Given that whistler is a crazy scene every weekend of the year....access to morning coffee can be difficult unless you want to line up. The suite we had, had the amentities to make coffee if you go to the store to buy the coffee grounds, but no quick access to coffee within the room. The ability to grab a paid coffee in the lobby would be an excellent addition to a great stay. Staff were excellent.
I was blown away when I walked into our room - it was SO much better than the website shows. The location is perfect - right across from where you catch the bus. The only thing I would recommend is a larger - more impressive lobby. It is pretty small and a little dated. We will return and this makes me want to consider Delta hotels in the future.
This hotel is conveniently located in the Olympic Village. You can walk to everything you need. You don't need a car while you are there. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful in giving directions and making suggestions on where to eat.
- convenient location - friendly staff - kitchen was well equipped and clean - close to Lots 4 & 5 which provided free parking. - the A/C was quite dusty and it caused an allergic reason for my mom and me when we first turned it on. - the A/C was really loud in the living room, but not as loud in the bedroom, so it didn't bother us as much.
Friendly staff, good value, clean room, great location
Hotel needs some updates and cleaning specialy the elevators
loved this hotel will stay again, staff were super nice and polite. Loved the three hot tubs and the pool. just around the corner is the village, would stay here again and again.
3 hot tubs, heated pool are perfect after a long day of skiing. Staff is friendly brought us free bottles of water every night! Location is a bit of a walk with all your gear but they provide shuttle service to the lifts. Could not have asked for a better stay! RECOMMEND!!
Very nice, Enjoyed the deck and view. Staff very helpful
I stayed in the suite with the kitchenette. The room was clean. The bedding exceptionally comfortable. There were 2 tv's in the suite. The kitchen was nice with cutlery etc. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. I will definitely stay here again.
I was warmly greeted by the bellman who did a great job getting my luggage and skis situated. The desk receptionist made me aware of a room upgrade, which after a comparison of the studio with a 1 bedroom king suite, I gladly accepted. It was $60 more per night. Access to the village was great, but it is a hassel for a skier to walk to the base gondolas. The shuttle that provides access was great and the drivers were fantastic.
Fantastic loc'n to main village and walkways, my son loved the pool, hot-tub and gym and room was great. Plan to come back for sure. Staff very helpful and great shuttle for skiing.
Great hotel service very friendly. Clean hotel except the TV changer. Could have more blankets on the bed. Nice building, with parking and location was good value, you could use shuttle or walk to Whistler lifts.
The location for the property is terrific and the staff at the hotel, I did thing was pretty good, though they forgot my wakeup call. The hotel upgraded me to a bigger room, but this is also the reason for my not perfect rating. The hotel faces our on one side to the main walk street in Whistler and right below is a bar/club and the windows are not very thick. With this being said, people were singing from 2 - 3 am as well as having a really loud snowball fight. I called the front desk and they said they would ask Security to take care of it, but it didnt stop until the cops showed up at 330am. Now, the room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the location was terrific. I would stay here again, but might ask to stay off the main walk street. Last thing, the hotel is PET FRIENDLY. Saw lots of dogs in the hotel.
The hotel was great. Our room was clean but a little small. We went up to go snowboarding so the location of the hotel was great, about a 5 min walk to the lifts. The hot tubs and pool we clean and hot.
