The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, generous windows, and a seating area, along with an ensuite offering a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and its own ensuite with a soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom provides king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth offers two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom includes a queen bed, its own ensuite with a steam-room shower, and a secondary entrance.

The spacious patio includes outdoor seating and a fire pit where you can warm up beneath the open sky. The private hot tub is available at all hours, offering a place to relax after time on the nearby trails. A heated garage with parking and a Tesla charger, along with a functional mudroom, helps make transitions in and out of the cold more comfortable.

Set within the Kadenwood neighborhood, the chalet offers ski-in access via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. All guests can use the private Kadenwood Gondola, which connects to Creekside Village. The gondola is reached by a walk or brief drive from the home.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
