The Space:

Quiet winter mornings greet you with crisp alpine air, snowy treetops, and the soft hush that settles over the mountains this time of year. After a day on the slopes, step inside to the warmth of the limestone fireplace or unwind in the private hot tub as cool air rises from the valley below. Whether you spend the evening gathered around the fire pit or settling into the media room for a relaxed night in, the home offers a peaceful retreat from Whistler’s winter landscape.

Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the chalet accommodates up to twelve guests in five bedrooms with eight beds and 5.5 baths. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, generous windows, and a seating area, along with an ensuite offering a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and its own ensuite with a soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom provides king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth offers two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom includes a queen bed, its own ensuite with a steam-room shower, and a secondary entrance.



Outdoor living

Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors look onto the surrounding forest and valley, creating a serene winter backdrop. The spacious patio includes outdoor seating and a fire pit where you can warm up beneath the open sky. The private hot tub is available at all hours, offering a place to relax after time on the nearby trails. A heated garage with parking and a Tesla charger, along with a functional mudroom, helps make transitions in and out of the cold more comfortable.



Kitchen and dining

The chef’s kitchen features Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar. A separate prep kitchen supports larger meals, while the dining area, framed by tall windows, seats your group for shared winter dinners. A temperature-controlled wine room and indoor mini bar provide additional touches for evenings spent indoors.



Leisure and comfort

A media room with plush seating, foosball table, and stone gas fireplace offers a welcoming place to unwind at the end of the day. Guests also have access to a Peloton bike, dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair, heated floors, ceiling fans, portable fans, laundry facilities, and ample storage.



Neighborhood

Set within the Kadenwood neighborhood, the chalet offers ski-in access via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. All guests can use the private Kadenwood Gondola, which connects to Creekside Village. The gondola is reached by a walk or brief drive from the home.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
