The room cleaning had its main closet in front of our room. By 7:30 am they were talking, on the phone. Opening and closing the door. It was so loud. You can hear everything from the hallway. It was terrible.

Great value hotel with good sized room and in a really good location in whistler. Friendly staff and a decent pool and spa area for winding down. Only minor issue is lack of changing room space in the pool area.

The room smelled musty when first entering so we opened a window and turned on the AC. The shower water pressure was not strong. Very noisy! The mattress felt very old and used and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were rock hard and gave my wife and I neck pain. We are in our mid 30s. Overall , not a comfortable experience and would not stay here again.

This hotel is excellent in terms of location and is very pet-friendly ($25 one-time fee regardless of length of stay). It has underground parking for regular-sized cars ($25), a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a lovely lobby with a lounge area on one side and cool swinging chairs on the other side that almost feel like a second lounge. The staff were great and friendly, and I loved seeing so many dogs around—it really added to the experience. The only downside for me was how thin the walls are. I could hear people in the room next door arguing, and even normal hallway noises like shoes squeaking or cleaning carts moving were very audible. It made it hard to get quiet and relax. Overall, the hotel is fine, but because of the thin walls, I would think twice about returning.

Hotel is very central- only 5 minute walk to the village square. Close to good walking paths too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had to switch rooms because of noisy people above me but they found me a quieter room. Beds were very comfortable and the Malin and Goetz toiletry products smelled so good! Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was my pickup truck did not fit in their underground parkade (only 6’2 clearance) but they allowed me to park out front.

As soon as we open the guestroom door, we notice a smell. It could be older furnishing or inadequate ventilation. The guestroom was noisy, we could hear guests moving around next door, upstairs and in the hallway. As far as the noise issue, this is the worst property I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend friends to stay here.

The room was ok. The lighting was not good in the bathroom and the sheets, comforter were just awful. They had a plastic feel to them. My SO had to sleep on top with a blanket she brought from the car. $24 a night parking was a surprise as well.
