Definitely don’t judge a book by it’s cover on this one! The inside is AMAZING! It’s pretty much a tiny home, kitchen included. Bed is comfy and staff is friendly.
good location. great people. old used place better inside than out but its early in the season so maybe that will change. but.......we could not even step in the shower it was nasty! for us maybe not for others.... good value for the area for sure. maybe best for the younger set
Looks are deceiving, looks bad from the outside and worse inside. Rooms are tiny not at all like the pics make them appear. They are not big enough for even 2 people. Rooms look out on alley and it is not wide enough for 2 cars to pass. We parked by the office. The kitchenette reminded me of a tiny kitchen in a Mexican Casita. The bathroom vanity was about 20" wide not big enough for toiletries. Would not stay there again. Stayed 3 nights the price per night was 202.00 and it would have been a gross overcharge for just 1 night.
I stayed four days and no one comes to clean the room. Wifi is very bad.
Short story, they' don't post their 'policies' anywhere on Orbitz or on their website. Specifically, their "No cancellations" policy. I used to use Orbitz because I could expect to have my reservations and payments handled through them, and that I could trust that problems, changes, etc. could be addressed via Orbitz. That is no longer the case and I no longer have any use for this site.
The new managers were friendly n helpful. "the house" has everything we need included washer n dryer. Kitchen a bit small but enough for breakfast.
When we booked the hotel we said our group has four adults and two kids. The first two confirmation email from Orbitz said the hotel was successfully booked, my credit card was charged, and a no-change, no-refund policy will apply. Then the email from hotel said they will change one of the two rooms because Orbitz did not have their latest information. We said it was OK. Then another email from hotel said they did not allow kids and pets. With the hope that they might be negotiable regarding the kids policy we arrived at the hotel because we were not allowed to make changes and there will not be refund if we cancelled the reservation. We checked in with kids, and when the manager saws the kids in the next morning he asked us to move out immediately and threatened to call police to throw us out if we did not move out.
Bathroom has no vent. Greeted by the housekeeper who we never saw again. But had 3 reservations all booked thru This site and this was not the worst. It started bad & then worsened.
