When selecting a property for a family trip with three couples I reached out to Dexter with some questions and he replied within an hour, was very accommodating and so I booked our trip. I'm really glad we chose this property. The property is lovely, with clean modern design. It is immaculate. Three nice king size beds and bedrooms, each is unique. There are two bedrooms with king beds upstairs in the main house with one bath and a nice upstairs balcony. Downstairs has a bunk room and massive bathroom with double vanity that leads into the courtyard. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need and large counter space and island. Two seating areas, one, has a sectional and the other a sofa and four chairs. It is in a transitional neighborhood with several homes nearby either being new builds or total renovations. It is secure, with a gated, privacy fence all the way around. The images on the website are accurate as well.While we had no kids on our trip but this would be a great place for families with kids who would love the game areas both inside and out plus the great bunk room.The guest house has a king bed, efficiency kitchen, sofa, and lovely bathroom. It is equally beautiful to the main house.We had a minor logistical issue when checking in. I messaged Dexter and he called me in less than 3 minutes and resolved the issue immediately. He was polite and every communication with him has been a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!
