The staff is always amazing. Always helpful and pleasant. The rooms are somewhat clean… A few hairs here and there and some of the furniture is slightly warm, but not too noticeable. Breakfast is good as always with plenty of options and cheerful staff to help. Love the location as well. Near the airport and very close to fun activities, as well as stores and restaurants.

Checkin and after unpacking found the A/C didn’t work. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. Had to repack everything then moved to a new room and that A/C didn’t work either. Eventually they got it partially working til the next day when they finally fixed it. As for cleanliness see pictures. This was also classified as a handicap room
