At arrival, we were told that the Hilton system was completely down and could not give me a room key. I had to. E escorted every time I needed to get back into my room. I was also given the wrong room. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. An adult had to sleep on the pull out and ended with back pains all weekend.

The room is spacious and comfortable very well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Bedding was mediocre. Also even after we requested our rooms to be cleaned, we arrived in the evening to dirty rooms. There is no safe in the room. This is a 3 star hotel but it’s ok for a short stay.

The room was clean, staff was nice and our kids enjoyed the breakfast. But the reason for only 4 stars is because the complimentary airport shuttle decided to end early for the night and we had to pay over $20 for a taxi to go the one mile from the airport to the hotel. When mentioning this unexpected charge with the hotel staff they asked us to email them the receipt and they would look into some type of adjustment. Over two weeks later and have heard nothing.
