1st room was not made up when we entered. Back to front desk. Got a different room. No Toiletries, mold around the floor in the bathroom, no counter for personal items. Asked for extra pillow & blanket.Told to come to the lobby at 5:30, no e yet, come back at 6:30. No one willing to deliver them

Toilet paper roll holder was barely hanging on the wall. You have to call to get your room cleaned. Even though we called we did not get our room cleaned. Our key card barely worked most of the time. The microwave plate did not spin. The sink was outside of the bathroom which is an odd layout. Overall the hotel was older than the pictures shown online.

This hotel is totally rundown, extremely filthy hallways, elevators rooms you name it. Everything needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. Many broken things like baseboards, rugs pieces of plaster. The windows are moldy. We had bugs in our room. At least they were dead, but a lot of them I would definitely not recommend this to anyone until they step up to the plate and do a complete All Over renovation or at least deep, clean and replace item or corroded items.

Sink not in the bathroom, toilet seat not fitted with proper fittings and only 1 trash can. Floor carpet was damp and the room smelled musky. Fan wouldn’t stop running so I shut it off. Very disappointing for the price I paid. Room 413. I’ve stayed in several La Quinta hotels and this was way below standard. Changed my mind about staying in ever again. Way over priced for what what I expected.

My room smelled like urine. The floor was very sticky. My comforter had burn holes.The entire building is very run down and the photos do not reflect the state of the building especially the dingy room. The airport shuttle only runs on weekdays until 5 pm which was the only reason we picked it for a Saturday flight. That’s not stated on the listing. Not the money.

First, the hotel smelled musty and moldy. Our room TV was unable to be used as the sound could not be turned up. Our hotel phone couldn't be used as the phone line was severed. The main door lock plate was barely on the door. The toilet didn't flush properly. The shower curtain rod was loose and was loose from the wall. There was a desk but no chair. The blinds could not be opened. The bathroom doorknob was loose and was then hard to lock.

I would leave negative stars if I could.The room was disgusting. Was extremely outdated not cleaned well, and there was mold in a few areas, including an active leak under the sink. I was told I was getting a refund and I wouldn’t be charged for not staying, but haven’t been reimbursed yet.

Worst hotel we stayed in, Dirty rooms , sheets were stained, carpet was missing along the tack stip with the tacks sticking up, doors were stuck, yelling and screeming in the hallways at 1am, the bed was broke in the middle and almont sunk to the floot carpets in the hall were filthy, stained and smelly, mold on the windows, Wyndham should be ashamed to have there name on this and the other ones, pool was ice cold, dont stay in room 310

The room was for handicapped individual and was disappointed that I was given this room. The sink was not attached to the wall very well and seemed to be an after thought. The hair dryer was failing off the wall. The bathtub was full of mold especially around the bench. Reminds me of projects

The hallways smell like urine. Rooms are filthy, seriously lack cleaning. The in room carpet was compacted and sticky from lack of a good steam clean. Bathroom moldy, breakfast was a health hazzard, boiled eggs in a fridge and a gallon of milk no time as to how long they have been there. Toast, yogurt and cereal is not breakfast

The entire place was a dump. My beverages I placed in the fridge froze & exploded. The ceiling of the room was moldy. Next to the fridge the carpet was black mold. Filthy elevators. No got water at the bathroom sink. Very low water pressure in the shower. The entire placed including my room had a bad smell. The mix for waffles would not come out of the spout. I talked to several other guest and they also said it was a horrible place to stay. I paid over $200 per night and it was not worth $5 per night. I will never ever stay in another La Quinta or a Wyndham hotel again and I travel almost weekly & usually stay most of the week in a couple different hotels. I don’t recommend anyone ever stay at this dump… You can usually tell what your room will be like by the up keep in the parking lot then the lobby. Front the outside to the rooms it just got worst… The heath department has already been contacted… Thus place should be closed down…
