The Space:
In the heart of Old Northwood and just 10 minutes driving to downtown, this lovingly renovated and charming Spanish Mediterranean style 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home from 1925 will celebrate its 100th anniversary soon - while being in its best shape ever! Located on a quiet residential street and boasting a large garden with terrace and a brand-new heatable pool, this is the ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation. This decorator-furnished 2-story beauty is elegant and homey at the same time.

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy:
This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,000, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $75 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

Amazing stay in Palm Beach

The house and yard are beautiful and so well-maintained. You can tell the owner really cares about their home & ensuring their guests have an excellent stay. Many unexpected amenities were included like shampoo and dish soap. The home is fully renovated and beautifully decorated with high-end luxury finishes and appliances. The landscaped yard and pool in a very private yard made for a resort-like experience. The property managers were very responsive to any questions we had. My only suggestions for improvements to take this from a 9.5 to a 10 would be to provide duvets on the beds instead of quilts and to provide a few espresso pods to start guests off. There was a note instructing us to order our own pods from Amazon and unfortunately we ordered some that weren’t compatible with this particular machine and wasted our . Otherwise we had an incredible stay and would definitely come back.
