We enjoyed the uniqueness of the farmhouse, the quiet country, the porch in the morning for coffee, the trails to explore and the ease of using it as home base to check out attractions in the area.

I had a relaxing experience at the Red Pump Inn. The space was perfect for one or two people to unwind and take in the views. I felt safe and the hosts were very friendly, communicating online as needed.

I enjoyed staying in this adorable farmhouse very much. I like old houses and the frame designs.The place was clean and very peaceful. It was decorated so cute in there and it was well maintained and plumbing and electric works well still with how old the structure is.They lovely vanity in the bathroom is perfect to apply your makeup also. I booked it as a couples getaway to visit Troy's Strawberry Festival which is only 15 minutes away and West Milton has a town as well that is only few minutes for restaurants.

We loved this home. It felt special and comfortable during a tragic time in our lives. We buried our father to which was difficult. Thankful we stayed here, can not wait to come back.

Perfect spot

Great little place to stay in West Milton. Clean, very well decorated! We loved the quiet countryside- a big change from our city life. Definitely will look to book again the next time I’m heading to West Milton.

Cute historic farm

The Red Pump Inn is wonderful. You can tell the owners gave a lot of thought about the decor and amenities. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the back deck, looking at the fields and listening to the birds. It was perfect for our stay in the area.

Very cute and clean. Within a 10-30 minute drive of everything we wanted to do. The shops in East Milton close at 4pm during the week (FYI). The owners were super easy to work with for check-in/out. A nice little, nostalgic place to stay. Reminded me of my grandma's house.

Wonderful experience!

I grew up right down and street and never knew about this gem! Coming home for a wedding, we were looking for something close by and this was perfect. We even got to have a few family members stop by for an afternoon visit. It was the perfect location to have a quick yet meaningful visit home. We definitely plan to return!

What a great historic "cottage"! We loved our one night stay. Wish it could have been longer. Very quiet and peaceful out in the country. Very clean and cute! Whenever, we have occasion to visit our friends near West Milton, we will definitely stay here at The Red Pump!

This is the place to stay if you want to experience the peace of living on a farm. No sounds except the occasional jet overhead, the farmhouse has everything you need for a restful visit. Also, if you're interested in historical architecture you will notice the hand hewn logs over your head in the bedroom and the amazing variety of bricks on the simple federalist style facade. My favorite moment was in the morning when the sun lit up the interior. I hope to return!

So peaceful!

We truly enjoyed our time at the Red Pump Inn. It is so cute and has a lot of space for just housing 2 guests! The hosts gave us our space even though they live very close by. They left us fresh eggs, too, which is such a sweet touch! Thanks for having us on your lovely property!

Great out of the way place and so quiet

Lovely ambiance. It was just the place we needed for a few days as we planned the celebration of life for my father. I grew up in West Milton Ohio and it was his home for 50 years. If you have the chance to stay at the Red Pump Inn, you will never forget it. The owners also provide a special treat of fresh eggs from their farm.

Rural Gemstone

This home and surrounding countryside are absolutely stunning. A real plus is that the location is rural, but very close to Troy and West Milton, Ohio. The VRBO host made herself readily accessible! Loved every minute!!
